Step 1: Intake & Customization
We begin with a structured intake to understand each client’s health history, environmental sensitivities, lifestyle patterns, and home context. This ensures the assessment is tailored to the most relevant exposure risks and health priorities.
Step 2: In-Home Testing
We conduct a 4–6 hour site visit using professional-grade tools to measure environmental exposures throughout the home.
Step 3: Data Analysis & Reporting
We combine on-site measurements with lab results (water and mold) to create a comprehensive exposure profile.
Each testing parameter is categorized using the proprietary Lightwork Exposure Index, a severity scale based on the latest environmental health research.
Exposure levels are quantified based on toxin concentration and occupant time allocation within the home, when relevant.
Recommended remediation actions are prioritized and scored based on their impact on overall health and exposure reduction. We typically deliver reports within 7–10 days.
Step 4: Results Consultation
We guide clients through their report in a follow-up consultation. We explain findings in context, address any questions, and present recommended next steps. Clients leave with clarity and a clear, prioritized roadmap for creating a healthier home.
Step 5: Remediation Support
We provide ongoing guidance through the remediation process, offering vetted product and vendor recommendations, directions on implementing and prioritizing remediation measures, and continued availability for questions and follow-ups.
